About Me

My background comes from the Traditional Chinese Martial Arts having been a private student with the Wei-To School in Bristol, UK between 1991 and 1994 - a school with a lineage that goes back to the Shaolin temple in China.  It was there that the cauldron began to fire inside of me - practising the flowing dances of Kung Fu and Tai Chi; the Chi energy work brought me to a level of awareness of my own path which continues to this day, fortifying everything that I do.

During those times I became interested in Astrology, casting my first chart (by hand then!) back in 1990 and continued to practice and read as much as I could.  For the last five years this has been enhanced formally with the Faculty of Astrological Studies and the London School of Astrology, meeting and studying with the foremost practitioners of the art.  Alongside my Astrological work I write Poetry and dabble in Chinese Brush Painting.

Astrology for me is a map, a guiding tool that can help us on our journey through life, to express our unique selves, to find 'what makes our hearts sing'.  An exploration of our connections to wider patterns and cycles, within and around us.  My style is not predictive - I seek to explore and understand the energy at work - often that is all you need to know.  I hope you can join me on this journey.
