Monday 16th November brings us a New Moon in Scorpio. New Moons are beginning cycles - the archetypal male and female energies are converged and the directive and the receptive are balanced. In Scorpio this new moon is a perfect time to begin anew with emotional relationships, with shared connections with others, with finances and with sexuality.
This particular new moon has the Sabian Symbol 'An x-ray photograph helps with the diagnosis'. Scorpionic energy has been strong of late with the Sun, Mercury and Venus passing through this sign. This has no doubt brought energy inward - either through some soul searching, some deep and meaningful thinking or conversations, some expression of power and depth, or research and investigation. Much of this may have taken place unseen.
This new moon (and its Sabian Symbol) speaks of the truth slowly being brought to the surface - rather like the peeling of an onion, layers will be revealed. As the layers strip we may shed a tear or two. As they are revealed we'll also notice more layers. As the light emerges and Mercury has now moved into Sagittarius discussions may take place on what is shown. This week may prove to be a sensitive time as the naked truth begins to emerge but it would be wise to hold back a little, keeping some Scorpio cards close to our chests. The Sun will move into Sagittarius during this moon cycle and the full moon in 2 weeks time should bring things to fruition.
For now, don't be afraid to shed a tear as your onion is peeled. It's all part of the process.
