Transits of Venus

Venus is making 3 very important aspects at the moment.  It is teamed up with Saturn and Mercury Conjunction (which I talked about yesterday) but is also in opposition to Uranus and coming into orb to make a square to Pluto.

Venus/Uranus in opposition can be rather like a jolt of lightening - something may surprise us, invigorate us, shock or enlighten.  Things can come alive and force us to take notice - particularly with Venusian themes of relationships, finance, creativity, self worth and beauty.  In a natal chart for instance this aspect quite often shows someone who doesn't like to be tied down or may be prone to sudden love affairs.

The powerful Pluto is also in this mix (loosely at first but becoming stronger).  This will further intensify the Venus position adding a transformative and powerul energy - there might be a growing urge to change or to be involved in intense situations that by their nature force certain changes.

If you want to take the bull by the horns this might now be a nice time to take some serious stock and make significant changes to how you are in relationships, it is also a strong financial position so pro-active re-organising here might be in order (particularly with Pluto's position in Capricorn AND Venus in Virgo arriving on the Saturn/Uranus opposition).
